Description

Taking inspiration from the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in which it is located this Canadian log home is beautifully decorated and equipped with little touches of luxury including original artwork, Cath Kidston linen, Villeroy Boch crockery and a superking bed. The wooden walls and open beamed ceilings throughout create an open, spacious and relaxing atmosphere - light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. Features include front and rear balconies, countryside views and a large decked area - ideal for eating ‘al fresco'. The charming village of Little Petherick is only 2 miles from Padstow, home of Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant, where you will find numerous places to eat, pubs, interesting shops and a working harbour. Several magnificent sandy, surfing beaches are a 10 minute drive. Nearby is Mellingey with the Journeyman Restaurant and the Mellingey Mill Willow workshop and just up the road is St. Issey which has two pubs, one of which, the Pickwick Inn, has some lovely views over the Camel estuary.
