Description

Seascape is a well-equipped modern house located just off the main A39 at the top of the village of Poundstock within easy walking distance of the parish church of St Winwaloe and its unique and ancient Gildhouse, a grade 1 listed building and the best preserved example of its kind in Cornwall. The A39 provides easy access to the many wonderful beaches of the North Cornwall coast and to the facilities of Bude, some 5 miles away by car. Seascape enjoys distant views of Widemouth Bay over rolling fields and just across the main road you have the famous Bangors Organic restaurant. Within a 5 minute drive you will find the Rebel Cinema with regular viewings of current cinema releases. For your day-to-day requirements an alternative to driving to Bude can be found 3 miles away at Wainhouse Corner with its grocery store, post office, garage and the Old Wainhouse Inn which serves food all day and provides a take-away service.
