This beautifully presented and attractive apartment is completely self-contained and located on the ground floor of this imposing Victorian house. Spacious and comfortable the apartment is ideally located near the harbour which is only a short step via a gate from the communal front garden. Padstow has many delightful pubs and restaurants but if you prefer to stay in the apartment is well equipped for dining at home and even entertaining. Padstow has a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets wherein will be found many interesting shops and galleries as well as tea shops, patisserie, delicatessen - not forgetting pasty shops of which there are several. All in all, a great place to stay.

From the car park a path leads across the rear garden down a flight of steps to an entrance door into GROUND FLOOR: HALL. EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM thermostatic shower, basin, w.c. GARDEN & PARKING: The garden is communal to all five apartments in the house with a patio area, washing line and large gas barbecue to the rear. There are also decked areas to the front of the property benefiting from views of the estuary with table and chairs for each apartment plus one sun lounger each. One parking space for each apartment.
