Description
Cedars is a really cosy bungalow situated in a quiet close just off the road leading into the centre of St Merryn village; handy for the bustling village and all the wonderful beaches in this part of the world. The owners have provided books, games and toys and this unpretentious bungalow has a warm and welcoming feel; ideal for families or couples looking for a home from home for their holiday. It is a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall, walking the coast path (much of which is owned by the National Trust), surfing the Atlantic breakers or maybe just sampling the gourmet delights of Padstow (only three miles away). St Merryn is an ideal location since it has a number of restaurants as well as two pubs (one owned by Rick Stein) and a couple of take aways all within easy walking distance so you would be well-catered for in the evening. The nearby surrounding countryside is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the estuary of the River Camel is renowned for its wildlife.Accommodation
