This recently refurbished and modernised bungalow is situated just a couple of miles from the seven bays of St Merryn, which include several of the best beaches of North Cornwall, and is only 3-4 miles from Padstow. Nearby St Merryn has several restaurants, takeaways, pubs, shops and you can even hire or buy wetsuits and boards to use on the nearby spectacular surfing beaches. St Merryn Holiday Village has a shop, an Indian restaurant, bar (which also serves food) and tennis courts only a minute's walk away on site and the nearby Atlantic Bays and Maribou Park, both within easy walking distance, offer food and entertainment venues which can be accessed by visitors to Bays Reach. The historic fishing port of Padstow has many shops, restaurants and galleries. Why not hire a bike and explore the Camel Trail, which follows the river to Bodmin or catch the ferry across the Camel to Rock. Other places to visit nearby include the Eden Project, wonderful gardens, historic houses or the vibrant town of Newquay with its large selection of beaches and amusements.

BEDS.1&2 double bed (4'6"), bedside lockers, wardrobe with shelves BED.3 bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers GARDEN & PARKING: Off road parking for two cars is provided to the front of the property, further vehicles could park in the road. The front garden is lawned and bordered with flowers, palms and shrubs and bounded by an attractively planted dry stone wall. The good sized rear garden - a great sun trap - is laid to lawn and is fully enclosed. There are flower beds and a herb border together with a picnic bench and portable barbecue.
