A roomy character
cottage with beamed ceilings and a lovely inglenook fireplace complete
with wood burning stove, Parwin is located in the heart of the small
hamlet of Treknow and only 600 yards from a pub. The cottage provides
comfortable, homely and flexible accommodation for a large or extended
family and is great for cosy winter breaks as well as summer holidays. An
ideal base for exploring the inspirational North coast, much loved by
walkers for its spectacular views, or for a beach holiday as it is only 10
minutes’ walk to Trebarwith Strand which, at low tide, is a fine sandy
beach good for surfing. Tintagel – the legendary birthplace of King Arthur
- is only a mile away.

GARDEN & PARKING:
Access
from the road to the house and garden is by a flight of steps to the front
and another to the side. The small garden comprises: to the front a small
concreted area and to the back a small but private slate paved area.
Parking: single garage for a small car, otherwise parking is in the narrow
roads around the property (although could be difficult in the summer). As
with many old villages the cottages are jumbled together in a delightfully
higgledy-piggledy way; hence the boundaries to the small garden step in
and out around the adjacent cottages.
