A well equipped and comfortable property finished to a high standard and situated in a sought after location only 10 minutes walk from the harbour in the delightful town of Padstow. The interior of Oystercatchers has been redesigned on the ground floor and now incorporates a spacious kitchen; upstairs will be found a fully tiled shower room with double walk-in shower and the rear garden has been decked to provide a great area for eating al fresco. Oystercatchers is handy for exploring the many delights of Padstow; the town boasts a number of restaurants and pubs, gift shops and galleries to suit every taste and delightful beaches within walking distance.

Sarah's View is a design award winning, small, modern development of cottages on the outskirts of Padstow; it is built on the side of a hill overlooking the Camel estuary and many of these properties have countryside/estuary views. Very few of these cottages are exactly alike and this creates a pretty and individualistic feel to the development, which is now about twenty years old. There are a number of parking bays as well as on street parking. Sarah's View is about three quarters of a mile just under 10 minutes walk (although you may take longer coming back as it is uphill!) from the  picturesque harbour in the town of Padstow - and 5 minutes walk from the Camel Trail and the Saints Way. There is a Tesco supermarket just up the road. Padstow is an historic working fishing port on the river Camel estuary, with a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a  maze of picturesque narrow streets leading down to the harbour. Sailing and windsurfing are popular on the estuary waters so yachts will often be found tying up next to fishing boats off loading their catches into the waiting arms of the chefs from the nearby seafood restaurants. A variety of fishing trips leave daily from the harbour as well as speed boat and pleasure boat rides. Within easy striking distance are magnificent walks along the coastal footpaths and just a few miles down the coast are some of the finest beaches in Cornwall; a number absolutely ideal for surfing the rolling Atlantic breakers. There are championship golf links at Trevose and St. Enodoc; a passenger ferry and water taxi runs across the estuary to Rock. The  route of the old railway track to Bodmin is now a popular trail for cyclists and walkers and offers some  wonderful scenery along the way. These attractions become even more special out of season when at times you can find yourself leaving the only trail of footprints along the beach or driving the only car along the windy country roads. Locals have more time to stop and chat and restaurants can give you all the time in the world to sip your coffee! Christmas is a very special time and the townsfolk go to great lengths to festoon the town with a multitude of coloured lights.
