This delightful, cosy bungalow is located in the middle of the St Merryn
Holiday Village and only a short step away from an Indian restaurant -
ideal for when you come home in the evening from the many wonderful
attractions this area of Cornwall has to offer. You are also welcome for
a drink or a meal at the nearby Maribou Park and across the road at the
Point Curlew park both within easy walking distance. The beach is only two
miles away and is one of a number along this stretch of coast much loved
by families and surfers alike; surfing equipment is available to buy or
hire in the village of St Merryn. The picturesque town of Padstow having
shops, restaurants and galleries is just three to four miles. Bikes may be
hired in Padstow to allow you to explore the Camel estuary, an Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty, by following the off-road route of the old
railway line between Padstow and Bodmin. However, even closer to home, the
village of St Merryn has pubs, restaurants, takeaways and food stores so
your every day needs are catered for within a mile or so.

GARDEN & PARKING:
The garage is unavailable for use but there is space for one car on the
drive. Otherwise there is no problem parking in the road. The fully
enclosed garden, which is mainly lawn, is bounded by a Cornish hedge
(stone wall) and gate at the front and a fence to the rear.
