situated only 15 minutes’ walk from the wonderful sandy surfing beach of
Constantine Bay and from the spectacular coastal path. It is tucked away
at the end of a track and because it is immediately adjacent to a field it
has wonderful views from the bedroom/living room windows, and the private
patio area, over open rolling countryside. The property is a single storey
wing of the owner’s house but has its own patio and entrance plus a single
off road parking space. Constantine Bay has its own general stores and the
property is only 5 minutes’ walk from Trevose Golf Club. A little over one
mile away is the village of St. Merryn which has several shops,
restaurants, takeaways and two pubs. The historic port of Padstow,
approximately 4 miles, provides an even larger choice of places to eat and
drink including Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant. Further afield
there are numerous attractions available within an hour’s drive, including
the Eden Project (just 20 miles distance).

of the owner's garage overlooks the entrance to the patio, the owner
blocks this off when someone is staying in Lower Trevelyan.
