This amazing little
cottage manages to fit all its accommodation into one of the smallest
buildings in Padstow! Stairs wind in a tight turn from the kitchen at
lower ground floor all the way up to the bedroom in the eaves & all the
other rooms shoot off at various levels. (The steep narrow stairs could be
awkward for the very young or the elderly.) Located in the conservation
area of the town it has bags of character and affords a cosy retreat for a
couple or small family. Handy for shops, pubs and restaurants and for
those wishing to join in the famous Padstow May Day celebrations; night
singers pass your door in the early hours and you can have a bird's eye
view of the 'Obby 'Oss processions. The working fishing port of Padstow is
also host to pleasure boats and craft and the estuary is popular for a
variety of maritime sports, as well as with the walkers who take advantage
of the footpaths along the cliffs.
