Little Barton is a truly delightful cottage being a wing of the
listed building. When
the owners bought the farmhouse it was derelict but they have brought it back to
life by restoring its original features rather than modernising it. However,
this does not mean discomfort! Far from it, the cottage is very well equipped
and has every modern convenience. All in all, a wonderful place to unwind and
relax in rural surroundings come rain or shine. In the same location as
Gwel an Lagen and
Bos Lowen.
ACCOMMODATION:- GROUND FLOOR:
From the parking area off the driveway a path leads
through a gate to the french doors which open into the open plan Sittingroom
oak floor, three seater settee, two seater settee, shelving and cupboard in
alcoves either side of fireplace, with multifuel stove, occasional tables, t.v.,
video. cloaks cupboard, stairs to first floor. Door to Kitchen/breakfast room
Shaker style cream units with granite worktops, electric hob and oven,
extractor hood, 'fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, deep
Belfast sink, slate floor, radio/CD player, pine table and 4 chairs FIRST
FLOOR: Bed.1 double bed (4'6") Bed.2 twin beds (2'6") - these
beds may be zipped together to form a 5' double, rinse hand basin Both bedrooms
have wardrobe, drawers or shelving and bedside unit(s) Shower room
Mira thermostatic shower, vanitory unit with basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING:-There
is a parking area off the driveway and a small area of garden with garden
furniture for your exclusive use just in front of the French doors.

at 10am restrictions: no pets, no smoking power and heat:
oil, electricity and first basket of logs included in rent; multifuel
stove in sittingroom, oil fired c.h. and hot water bedding and linen:
pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels (but not beach towels)
provided. Please request zipped beds (Bed.2) in advance baby equipment:
baby bath, cot and/or small wicker cradle may be available (but no
bedding nor linen); please order in advance. Hire service also available
