very near the heart of the village of St Merryn which has enough shops,
pubs, takeaways and restaurants to cater for all your needs during the
season. This modern comfortable home is very well equipped and provides
flexible accommodation for a relaxing stay. It has an enclosed rear
garden and a sheltered and private patio area with picnic bench. Kubu is
an ideal base for exploring this area of the North coast which has a
number of stunningly beautiful sandy beaches and it is also only three
miles from the charming fishing port of Padstow made famous by Rick
Stein’s BBC t.v. programmes. (You will be pleased to note that just down
the road the Cornish Arms has recently been acquired by Rick and now
provides gourmet pub food at reasonable prices.) Kubu is only a 5 minute
drive to the 3 golf courses at the Trevose Golf and Country Club.
