Two delightful stone and timber clad cottages,
tastefully and cleverly converted from an old stone barn and being very
well equipped (see
Bos Lowen). In a truly rural location in beautiful countryside and yet
only just under 3 miles from Newquay and 3 - 4 miles from several sandy
beaches and the spectacular coastal path. The cottages are only about 5
miles from the A30 so are conveniently situated for exploring the many
Cornish attractions such as the National Maritime museum, Eden Project and
many beautiful Cornish gardens. This hidden part of Cornwall with
picturesque farm and wood land is ideally suited for that restful holiday.
Imagine sitting by the duckpond and having a barbecue on a summers evening
or sipping wine on the patio looking over the floodlit Norman tower of
Colan church emerging through the nearby trees. Bliss! In the same
location as Little Barton.

PARKING:- Large garden shared by both cottages, including a lovely
large duck pond, but each cottage has its own patio area to the front.
Gwel an Lagen has its own additional patio to the side. Both have sun
loungers, garden chairs, picnic tables and barbecues stored in external
storage bins next to each cottage. Parking area to the front.

children over 12 months power and heat: electricity, oil and first
basket of logs included in rent; woodburning stove in sitting room; oil
fired boiler providing hot water and c.h. bedding and linen:
