A cosy, modern
bungalow built in a small complex of 9 cottages built on the hillside of
the valley which leads down to the sea less than half a mile away. In a
south facing position No. 7 is comfortable and attractive and a great base
for exploring this part of Cornwall. Both Whipsiderry Beach and Porth
Beach, two of the many delightful beaches found in and around the resort
of Newquay, are within a 10 or 15 minute walk. Whipsiderry is a
delightful little cove and Porth is large and sandy at low tide flanked by
cliffs on both sides and with the original pretty village of Porth and
nearby cafes is ideal for families. Newquay offers the perfect location
from which to explore Cornwall and also offers a wide range of
entertainment and places to eat. However, if you want somewhere within
easy walking distance the Trevelgue Caravan Park, only 200 yds down the
road, will be happy to welcome you in the restaurant or bar and they also
have a fish and chip shop. They will also allow you free use of the
internal and external swimming pools and children’s play area during the
season from Easter to end of October.

delighted to know that
Jamie Oliver’s new Fifteen restaurant is just down the road at
Watergate
Bay.
