height windows in the main bedroom and the living room providing some
wonderful views across Fistral Bay and along the coastline. It also has a
large decked balcony and shared use of a swimming pool! Sit in bed and
admire the view or relax on the terrace with a barbecue, watching the
sunset. Fiddlers Green is situated on
the Pentire Penisula away from, but within easy walking distance of, town
centre, bars, restaurants
and the beach. The more energetic could walk the footpaths to
Pentire Headland (and reward yourselves with a drink or a meal at the
Lewinnick Lodge which has some of the finest views in Newquay) or to the
fabulous dunes at Crantock owned by the National Trust. Newquay is also
wonderful for families – a number of beaches, boating lake, the Blue Reef
Aquarium and Newquay Zoo are easily reached. Surfers have a great vantage
point for checking out the weather so that they can make the most of the
waves on Fistral.
