However, it provides an ideal base for exploring the North coast (which
has some of the finest beaches in Cornwall), Bodmin moor or the attractions
of the South Coast including the cathedral city of Truro and the Eden
Project, which is only about 20 minutes drive. The Camel Trail (the path
and cycleway on the site of the old railway line from Padstow to Bodmin)
is down the hill only 750 yards away from the cottage so why not bring
your bikes - Wadebridge is only 3 miles and Bodmin is 5 miles.

GARDEN & PARKING: There is a garden and parking area just across the
lane from the barn for sole use of occupants. The garden is a small grassy
area and patio with picnic bench, having a super view down the valley.
There is a shed for use of the occupants, big enough to house two
bicycles.

Saturday in at 3 pm out at 10 am restrictions: no
smoking, no babies, no cats pets welcome: (except cats) - £12 per
pet per week power and heat: electricity paid by £1 coin meter, but
first £5 is free; ‘wood burning’ stove (a basket of logs provided free),
electric panel heaters in bedroom and lounge, heated towel rail in shower
room; hot water provided free of charge from owner’s property next door
bedding and linen: pillows & duvets included; bed linen is provided -
