Three small bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms and a surprisingly spacious living room combine to create flexible accommodation to suit most family requirements. Only a short step to Padstow - about 7 min walk - it is ideal for those who like to walk into the town in the evening to sample the fare being offered by pubs and restaurants. Padstow is a largely unspoilt fishing town made famous by Rick Stein's 'Taste of the Sea' programmes but in fact it has been a favourite destination for many years of those who enjoy the water sports available in the estuary, the seafood restaurants and the beautiful rugged coastline, with its many superb sandy beaches only a mile or two down the road.
