A sloping lawned garden stands at the front of the property, while at the rear, an attractive lawned garden enjoys estuary views. An adjacent garage is perfect for storing and cleaning outdoor kit.

Padstow’s delightful working harbour (0.5 miles) is dotted with cafes and restaurants serving the day’s catch, along with winding streets home to independent shops and galleries. Beaches are scattered across the Camel Estuary (1 mile) with some reachable via the South West Coast Path. The Camel Trail takes cyclists to Bodmin (13 miles), while the breathtaking Eden Project is 21 miles from the bungalow.

Location and quality of the property could not be better. Parking is a big bonus in Padstow. Very short walk to the Camel trail and the town centre. Overall thoroughly recommended.

A very comfortable property in an excellent location with a fantastic view from a light and airy property. A few minutes walk into Padstow, off road parking and storage for bikes. Clean, well equipped and as per photos on the website when we booked. We will definitely be back.

Its all about the view ! Stunning & ever changing . It is a very clean comfortable and well equipped property .The location is excellent. It was great to be able to walk into Padstow and to start some walks from there.

Amazing views from this property. You can walk in to Padstow from this property. Mattress in main bedroom is quite comfortable en-suite bathroom is a tight squeeze but amazing property and I would definitely look to book this property again.

This was the 2nd year that we stayed in Avocets. It was just as lovely as last year. A short walk into Padstow and the many restaurants. We were lucky with the weather so could really enjoy the view over the estuary.

Excellent location with great access to the Camel Trail and only a short walk into the town. Beds comfortable with very good linen. Great to have access to the garage to keep bikes safe and dry. Equipment probably the best we have had at a holiday property. Great meals at Rojanos and Rick Stein's fish and chips but very disappointing for two of us Read moreat The Mariner's in Rock - the Cote de Bouffe was expensive and far too fatty! My daughter and husband had a fabulous meal at No6 (special treat). Camel Valley Winery a great place to visit and have their tour which includes a "flight" of their sumptuous wines. Granddaughter loved the lobster hatchery and witnessed a release at Gaverne bay. Dolphin watch was a great success - lots of dolphins and a few calves. Trevose golf club was brilliant. Definitely recommend this property and will no doubt return. Hide
