Find your holiday haven by the sea in this charming holiday home which boasts a multi-level decked area overlooking the seaside town of Looe. Less than half a mile away, you’ll find East Looe Beach with its unique Banjo Pier, calm turquoise waters and soft, sandy shore where endless hours of fun can be had on the Cornish coast.

Whether it’s morning, noon or night, the dual-aspect living room is a lovely place to relax with a comfortable sofa, a cuddle chair, a TV and a bay window seat offering an idyllic spot to watch the world go by. Located beside a bright window, the dining table is a great place to gather for mealtimes or to get competitive with an evening of board games. Next door is the traditionally styled kitchen with pale cream cabinets and everything you’ll need to fix up a feast, as well as a quaint table for two. Up on the first floor is a king-size bedroom with ample storage space and a TV, as well as a playful twin bedroom which is perfect for younger children. Completing the property is the sleek bathroom with a P-shaped bath and overhead shower. Extending the living space outside is both a front and rear garden area, both of which are wonderful places to soak up the atmosphere when the sun is shining or to catch a magical Cornish sunset.

Split in two by the river, the town of Looe is a wonderful place to holiday with so much to see and do, from glass-bottomed boat trips from the harbour to quaint cafes to visit, all found within a mile of your holiday home. Venture further inland to find the Kilminorth Woods and Giant’s Hedge circular walk (2 miles) which takes you beside the Looe River and through an enchanting woodland setting. Or, for more of a challenge, why not tackle a stretch of the South West Coast Path with the Looe-Polperro trail stretching for just under 6 miles, or Looe-Fowey for a 12-mile hike?

Fabulous views. The sitting room was more comfortable than I had thought it would be. Steep steps down to Hanafore Lane, but perfectly manageable. And then a pleasant walk along the lane to the bus stops by the fire station. Excellent bus services. The garage is a plus, and easily accessible with a reasonable sized car.

A wonderful property with stunning views over Looe. Loved sitting in the window watching everyone below. A lovely well stocked accommodation. Nothing was missing that we needed. Garage is tight but you get used to it and becomes easier to navigate. Beds comfy, shower lovely.

The most stunning views of Looe we could possibly wish for.. We loved being able to sit in the bay window looking out over the harbour in the evenings. The living room is spacious with lovely comfortable sofas and seats. Kitchen was well equiped. Master bedroom is a nice size and again, stunning views. The second bedroom smaller but was big Read moreenough for two Teenagers with the twin beds. There is a little table and chairs at the front where you can also sit out and enjoy the stunning views. It's a climb from the harbour to the property with a lot of stairs. The write up clearly says this but don't underestimate it..It would not put us off hiring again. Parking , there is a garage - I got my Jaguar XF in and me out of it. You need to be a confident driver . We had some plans to go out and visit places but there was so much to see in and around Looe that we only left once for the week. Overall. A fantastic location with awesome views and lots to see, do and eat around Looe Hide

The garage was a nightmare, you really do need a very small car to get it in! On the up side the views are spectacular.

Aurora was a very comfortable, well equipped cottage, one of the best we've stayed in. The views were magnificent, it was lovely to sit in the window seat and watch everything going on! The only down side for us was the access, it's not described clearly enough and is quite hard going up the steep road and steps. Having said that we got used to it Read moreby the end of the week. We chose this place mainly due to the location and what a good decision we made. Fantastic, extremely clean and Is well maintained. The view is its best asset by far, a good escape retreat. A lot of thought and effort has been put into this place, the kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything youd ever need to use. Definitely coming backRead more at some point.
