A beautifully maintained first-floor apartment in a large Victorian building overlooking Porthminster Beach, one of four stretches of golden sand in St Ives. Located on an elevated position above the beach and flanked by similar period properties, the apartment has been decorated in nautical tones to create a homely atmosphere throughout. The lack of a garden at the apartment is more than made up for by its close proximity to one of the most popular beaches in Cornwall, and you’ll be able to pick the best spot on the sand with very little effort.

Porthminster Beach is one of St Ives’ four iconic stretches of sandy coastline, with Harbour, Porthgwidden and Porthmeor all within 0.5 miles of the apartment. The town centre is brimming with independent shops, cafes, galleries and pubs that welcome four-pawed customers.Whichever way you turn, the South West Coast Path runs through St Ives and offers a whole new perspective on the landscape.

Good location, the hill really doesnt bother us! We love Porthminster beach so an ideal location. Easy walk into St Ives town although the hill could be a struggle for those with mobility issues. The option of parking is helpful however the station car parking is in easy walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped. Good size bathroom.
