The allure of the Cornish coast awaits at this attractive family home in Padstow, a pretty harbour town with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants, all within 350 metres of your front door. As well as the town being truly lovely, you’ll have easy access to both the Camel Trail cycle path and the South West Coastal Path, both 0.5 miles away. This modern property sleeps up to five guests, making it just right for a family or a group of friends.

Stepping inside this inviting holiday home, to your right you’ll have a cosy and well-equipped kitchen for prepping delightful home-cooked meals. The large open-plan lounge and dining area offers a welcoming space to unwind with a good book or tuck into communal meals around the dining table. When it’s time to retire for the night, head upstairs to one of three tastefully decorated bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin boasting distant estuary views and a single. You’ll have a good-sized outdoor space, too: from the lounge, French doors lead to a spacious, private patio area, where outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to relax in the Cornish sea air.

You’ll find plenty to do in Padstow, whether that’s indulging in a Cornish cream tea or whiling away an hour or two exploring the town’s quirky shops. Feeling the need for sand between your toes? The nearest beach is St George’s Cove (1 mile), and you’ll find plenty of others to discover, too, such as Harbour Cove (3 miles) and Trevone Bay (2 miles), and the renowned Harlyn Bay (3 miles). You can also dive into Cornwall's rich historical tapestry with a visit to the legendary Tintagel Castle (15.5 miles), reputedly the birthplace of King Arthur.

This house is in a great location with the centre of Padstow just a few minutes walk away yet its location is really quiet. The house is well equipped and is well maintained. On our arrival we found the house had been cleaned thoroughly and had everything we needed with clear instructions on how things work.
