A well-equipped & tastefully furnished accommodation. It was a bonus getting dishwasher tablets & things like cling film etc which are not always included in holiday homes. The chilled bottle of bubbly was a welcome surprise on arrival too! The garden is probably unsuitable for young children due to the stream running down the side of it but beauRead moretiful for grown-ups! Hide

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Chyventon with the house decorated for our stay. It was beautifully furnished, had very comfy beds, a cosy wood-burning stove and plenty of space for our group. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen/dining room cooking and gathering round the big table. Listening to the sound of the stream running by was very Read morerelaxing lying in bed at night. The ability to be able to walk the short distance into the town meant that we could go to the pub without needing to drive back. The perfect house for our needs and one I would definitely recommend to others. Hide
