Entering this beautiful property, head up the stairs to the first floor which features a delightful lounge providing an ideal space to settle back, watch a movie or chat about the day. The fresh and fully equipped kitchen/diner is perfect for preparing and sharing all your favourite family dishes. Patio doors open onto a private glass-fronted balcony offering a charming spot to sit out with a glass of wine and take in the picturesque scenery. Back downstairs, you will find two cosy bedrooms: one relaxing double and a cheery super-king-size room. The property also features an en-suite bathroom and a separate wet room. Outside, there’s a spacious shared patio area with BBQs and plenty of seating, providing a lovely space to dine alfresco.

Exploring the site you will have access to a full range of spa and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and tennis courts. The property sits on the outskirts of St Austell, which is home to Porthpean Beach, the Shipwreck Treasure Museum and Pinetum Gardens. Excellent property!! Very comfortable and equipped well with all white goods however needed a few more items of kitchen equipment. Position of property so handy for all the surrounding area.
