This fantastic property, situated in the peaceful village of Duloe just 5.5 miles from Looe, is perfect for families or groups of friends. Sleeping six over three stunning bedrooms with up to three dogs welcome, this barn conversion is perfect for the whole family. Set in 34 acres of idyllic countryside with woodland walks and two secure dog walking fields on the doorstep, there’s no need to ever go far from this holiday home – especially since there’s a shared hot tub and gym on site too.

The reverse-level property, which once served as a cider press, has a beautiful contemporary country style. A partially open-plan living area features vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and is the ideal place to curl up in in front of the electric fire, or throw open the doors to the Juliet balcony and take in stunning countryside views. Cook up a storm in the kitchen and dine at the large dining table, or sizzle up a BBQ and dine alfresco in the spacious garden before retiring to the sun loungers. Back inside, a utility room and handy WC complete the first floor. Downstairs, a super-king-size, king-size and twin bedroom all have calming, muted decor; two stylish en-suite shower rooms and an indulgent bathroom with a spa bath await.

If you’ve explored the woodland fairy trail, played in the natural play area with tree stumps and swings and collected eggs from the hens, it’s time to take the kids to Porfell Wildlife Park (3 miles) and Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (10 miles). Polperro Model Village (5 miles) is a lovely afternoon activity, and you can’t miss the Eden Project (17 miles) while you’re in the area. For those seeking a touch of excitement, Adrenalin Quarry (9.5 miles) has an aqua park, go-karting and a zip wire.

We had a fabulous week and the weather was superb. We loved Hob Nob and the incredible views especially from the Pavilion! Our dogs loved the exercise field. The location is great for visiting so many places too. The hot tub was a lovely surprise. Thank you.

We had a brilliant stay at Hob Nob, the whole experience was great. Super helpful owners, lovely facilities and a beautiful house. The dogs loved the huge field for morning except use.

The best place we have ever stayed. Hob Nob was so much more than we expected and had a lovely welcome pack for us and the dogs. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. It had everything you need for a self catering holiday and more. The owners and staff were exceptional. The dogs loved the fully escape proof exercise areas but werenRead moret so keen on the dog shower although we thought that was really handy. The girls enjoyed the views from the hot tub. Loved it so much we tried to book again but unfortunately it is fully booked for the dates we need. We visited Looe, Polperro, Lanhydrock & Cardinham Woods. Hide
