A contemporary apartment set in a quiet village in the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Four visitors can enjoy days surfing, sunbathing, or strolling, before heading back to this lovely retreat which has a south-facing balcony and plenty of room for socialising and relaxing.

Set over one-floor, this apartment can be accessed via stairs or lift. Inside is a spacious open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors allowing loads of light to come flooding in. Cook up a storm in the practical kitchen as other guests sit at the breakfast bar, before eating your culinary concoction at the dining table. A handy utility room situated to the side of the kitchen contains laundry facilities. Cosy up for a relaxing evening on the comfortable sofa and watch movies before heading to one of the bedrooms for some much-needed sleep. A sumptuous king-size bedroom has plenty of storage and an en-suite shower room, while a twin bedroom and family bathroom completes the interior. Heading through the lounge’s patio doors, you will find a fabulous south-facing balcony. Dine alfresco or enjoy an evening tipple while the sun sets.

Praa Sands is a pretty, little village with a stunning sandy beach with an abundance of rock pools, located just 200 metres away. You will also find plenty of activities available here such as kayaking, snorkelling and windsurfing. Head off on foot along the superb South West Coast Path which passes through here and winds its way along the coastline taking in fabulous views. Alternatively, hop in the car and visit the beautiful port town of Penzance (9 miles) which has a wide range of shops and restaurants.

The apartment was very clean on arrival and the welcome gifts were a lovely treat / surprise! I cant fault the location. It literally took us three minutes to walk to the beach! Praa Sands beach was beautiful. The children loved it so much they didnt want to come home. Fantastic location for seeing the sights of West Cornwall.

Fantastic apartment with amazing sea views. Everything was provided that you could possibly need and more including a lovely welcome pack and also dressing gowns and slippers. Would highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort and cleanliness and in a fantastic location with easy access to places to eat and visit such as Porthleven and the LRead moreizard. The beach at Praa Sands is also amazing and would also recommend this. Hide

The property was as described, owners went far and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Welcome goodies and flowers on arrival were a beautiful gesture. Communication was great as well.
