The location is perfect, with fantastic views across the harbour. Perfect for witnessing the stormy Atlantic. The town with varied options for dining is literally on the doorstep. And the beach is a short walk away. The cottage is warm, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to self-cater and enjoy the surrounding area. ThRead moree interior was spotlessly clean. The provided towels were sumptuous and the beds were powerfully soporific. Hide

The house was very well furnished with good quality furniture, the only thing was the back bedroom double bed there was barely enough room to get down the sides of the bed. Much better layout would have been twin beds with cabinet inbetween but it is up to the owner how they dress their own properties. One small gripe I have and that is I emailed thRead moree office twice to ask what to do with rubbish and the key at the end of the holiday and I had no reply to either of my emails which I felt was very poor service. I couldn't find any info in the folder, other places we have rented have an info board in the kitchen. Location fab, house overall fab,Porthleven fab as always and that is why we come back again and again Hide
