Set at the heart of a charming seaside town, famed for its gorgeous beaches, vibrant art scene and rich history, this centrally located apartment for eight is a fantastic retreat for families or a group of friends. A duplex apartment located above a commercial property, it is big and spacious and has been meticulously curated to offer a stylish, contemporary and comfortable base for guests, with one dog welcome too.

Access to the property is via an internal staircase which leads to the first floor where you’ll find the open-plan living area. A welcoming space offering plenty of seating for everyone to get-together for an evening, here’s where you’ll also find the large dining table and well-equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also an attractive king-sized bedroom and a family bathroom. Up on the second floor you’ll find two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and a spacious twin room, perfect for children. There is also an additional shower room on this floor. Whilst this delightful property doesn’t offer any outdoor space, Harbour Beach is 150 metres away and with a further three beaches within 0.5 miles of your seaside retreat, there are plenty of appealing options for relaxing beach days.

Harbour Beach is a popular location to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the harbourside atmosphere with its colourful fishing boats and traditional cottages as a backdrop. If you’re looking for a traditional bucket-and-spade beach or somewhere to enjoy sunbathing and a dip then the beaches Porthmeor, Porthminster and Porthgwidden are all within 0.5 metres of the property. Culture can be absorbed at the Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (both 0.5 miles) with the latter being a fantastic day out for guests of all ages.

Terrific flat for a family holiday - the three bathrooms were a luxury and how for the seven of us (including a 2-year old).

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. A holiday property that is as good in real life as it is in the pictures. Spacious, comfortable, really clean and well equipped for families and/or groups of friends.

Good location and good value out of season. Stairs up to flat so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. We managed with a baby and a pram but that was because we didn't mind collapsing the pram each time. Tons of bedrooms, great weekend getaway pad with friends.
