Perched on the edge of a quiet B road running into St Merryn, the two-storey property offers a homely environment in which you and your gang can relax in comfort, with spacious, tastefully coloured rooms found across both floors. The lounge bathes in sunlight throughout the day, its neighbouring kitchen bursting with modern conveniences that will help you effortlessly create guilt-free family favourites to be enjoyed with gusto in the dining room. A handy utility room stands ready to deal with mucky pups on two and four paws, while the family shower room is a great place to recharge. Three bedrooms with ample storage are found on the first floor: a double bedroom; a twin bedroom; and a bunk bedroom. We wouldn't stay again. There were cobwebs in every corner on arrival and windows were filty. Red sofa in the kitchen was also filthy. It seems to have undergone a budget renovation and we've stayed in better places for less. Certainly overpriced. Downstairs bathroom has loo roll holder hanging off the wall, for example. There are two bathrooms howRead moreever only the downstairs was usable as the bath upstairs is only large enough for a child and has a shower attachment on the taps. Built into the eaves, unable to fit a shower so 6 adults staying using 1 shower was inconvenient, at best. Single beds were comfy however the doubles no so much. I'm sorry, but we won't be booking to stay again. Hide

Very clean bungalow - little tired outside and no grass for our dog. All the mod cons were appreciated but location could have been better because of school drop off parking.
