Soak up the artistic culture of vibrant St Ives with a stay in this lovely ground-floor apartment. Within effortless reach of the town’s beaches, boutiques and art galleries, this sunny little property provides an exceptional base for four guests to explore this Cornish hotspot. Thoughtfully laid out with families in mind, the property offers plenty of communal space for relaxing, a bunk bedroom that kids will love and even the opportunity to bring along one dog for pet-friendly beach trips and epic daily dog walks.

With a clean white décor and nautical accents throughout, you’ll always feel close to the sea when staying here. Step inside to find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an abundance of cushy seating and space for all to sit down to delicious dinners. In way of entertainment, you’ll find a TV/DVD and even a guitar, switch on a favourite film or have a family singsong! Sleeping arrangements are split out into two bedrooms just down the hall. The larger bedroom is king-size, the smaller bedroom features a bunk bed and both are served by a contemporary fitted bathroom. Finally, you can step outside the property to find a sunny little courtyard with a bistro set, a great spot for your evening sundowner.

Leave the car in its designated parking spot (a godsend in busy St Ives!) and wander out to find beautiful sandy beaches. Porthminster is a wide sandy beach accessible in less than half a mile and Bamaluz and Porthmeor are both less than 1 mile away. You’ll pass both the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Tate St Ives on the way to Porthmeor Beach, so be sure to find time to stop off and wander around. As each day ends enjoy having the option of quality restaurants within walking distance or the chance to go home and cook for yourselves.

A small family apartment with a steep walk down into the town. Good car parking, but beware of the seagulls.
