Enjoy a stay in the heart of St Ives at this light and bright ground floor apartment, perfect whether you’re holidaying with friends or family with your canine companion in tow. It has a king-size bedroom and a twin, a log effect electric fire, a pretty garden and is close to the beach, shops, and pubs in St Ives.

Styled in blues and aquamarines with seaside prints on the walls, the apartment makes an attractive coastal retreat. Go down seven steps to the entrance and into the lovely, light lounge. Your furry friend can curl up next to the fire while you lounge on the sofas, watch the Smart TV, and discuss plans for the next day. Rustle up and eat dinner in the well-appointed kitchen/diner with some tunes on the DAB radio. The inviting king-size room has a TV and a bay window with sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse. There’s also a cosy twin bedroom and a smart shower room. Soak up the sunshine and sea air on the patio surrounded by beautiful plants while your pup potters.

The town has four beaches with miles and miles of golden sands to wander. Porthmeor is known as a surfing hotspot and Harbour beach tends to be popular with families. The harbour (just under 650 metres away) is also home to lovely shops and places to eat out. Head off with your trusty companion to explore the stunning South West Coast Path. St Ives is a haven for art lovers, and you’ll find many art galleries there, including the Tate (just over 500 metres away) and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (just under 650 metres).

Great for use as a base - not the most comfortable, but an amazing location with a car park space! Loud noise from above and neighbours next door (music playing) - intrusive from 2:30 - 10pm. Best suited for adults who can stay out later hours in the evening as opposed to families with young children
