Enjoy a wonderful Cornish seaside holiday at this stylish apartment in an amazing location, just over 150 metres from Porthminster beach with stunning views across the golden sands. The apartment makes a comfy base for a group or family, with a double room and a sofa bed suitable for two children or 1 adult, and it has an allocated parking space.

Contemporary styling and a nautical theme in the open-plan living area make this a welcoming space to come back to after a fun day on the beach. It’s 14 steps up to the property from the rear parking area, and the apartment is all on one floor. The lounge area is light and inviting, with awesome views and a sofa bed. It has an electric fire for chilly evenings and an OLED TV, Blu-Ray  player and CD player for chilled evenings. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up delicious meals, then you can enjoy them together at the dining table for four. For washing, there’s a washing machine in the shared laundry room. There’s plenty of storage in the double bedroom, along with a TV, and the family bathroom completes the flat. Conveniently, the apartment has a designated car parking space.

Head to the beach to go for a swim, sunbathe and try surfing, paddle boarding or kayaking with the water sports school. There’s an excellent seafood restaurant right on the beach serving lunch and dinner, and a fun 18-hole mini golf course too. Wander 1 mile to Carbis Bay, which has a shop and seasonal cafe. There are pubs and shops from just over 300 metres from the apartment, and a great range of places to eat out nearby. St Ives is a haven for art lovers and is also home to more than 10 galleries.

Very comfortable flat with the most fantastic views of St Ives Bay, and the train coming in and out of the station below - we preferred to have our evening meals at the flat so we could fully enjoy the view. Flat has been furnished beautifully, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Parking space greatly appreciated

The owners of this lovely apartment have gone to great lengths to ensure guests are comfortable. It is ideal for couples, positioned only a short walk into the heart of St Ives, the most fantastic view from the lounge window of Porthminster Beach. Free parking for one car on site is a huge benefit. The kitchen has everything you need, with lots of Read moreutensils, there is plenty of hot water and heating and a bedroom with a super comfy bed and lots of storage. We would readily stay at this apartment again and think it is ideally positioned for exploring surrounding areas. Hide

I am waiting to hear from you with regards to the bathroom and standard of cleanliness. The email from Ethan did not address the issues. I spoke to Jamie in the office in st Ives who assured me he would look into this.

Comfortable flat with lovely views from large picture window.Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss.Towels and bedding were provided but we would have liked to see a set of fresh towels for our second week as 2 small bath towels and 2 hand towels wasnt really sufficient for a 2 week stay so best take extra towels yourself.Nice size bathroom but shower area cRead moreould do with a refurb Hide

This is a lovely property in a good location with easy access. We loved the layout of the property and having a sea view. Good parking in St Ives is a bonus. We will book it again.
