This welcoming apartment boasts a prime position in the heart of Porthleven’s bustling harbour. Sleeping four guests, the sociable, open-plan accommodation is ideal for both small families and couples. Keen walkers will be in their element, with dramatic stretches of the South West Coast Path branching away from the town. Nearby attractions include St Michael’s Mount, The Lizard Peninsula, and Flambards Theme Park (all within 10 miles).

The apartment is arranged across two floors and is accessed via a private entrance. The decor is fresh and contemporary, with vibrant pops of colour adding personality and style. Enter into a cosy sitting room, which is a lovely space to unwind with a good book, before heading upstairs to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This bright, sociable space has a dining table for sharing mealtimes as a group, and comfortable sofas for enjoying movie nights together. The stylish kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The property has two bedrooms to choose from: an elegant double with a four-poster bed and an en-suite shower room, and a cosy twin. A family bathroom rounds off this fabulous harbourside apartment. Outside, you’ll have a small balcony where you can relax with a sundowner.

Porthleven is a working fishing port and, as expected, you’ll find many restaurants and traditional mariners’ pubs serving delicious, fresh seafood. The town also has a lively art scene, and there are several studios and galleries to peruse – the perfect place to pick up a little souvenir from your trip. Stretching away from the town is a 3-mile sand and pebble beach. This wild and rugged landscape is a great place for experienced surfers and keen walkers. For a traditional buckets and spades-type beach, head to the gorgeous Praa Sands, just 5 miles along the coast.

We love Porthleven, this is our 4th stay at St Elvans Court. Location is fab. Flat clean, and pretty much fine. Just a few minor things which could be improved.

Our third visit to this property, doesnt disappoint. Excellent location with the added bonus of parking, an asset in Porthleven! The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The only negative, TV could do with upgrading to a smart TV, would help for those nights in

This is our second time in this property, its location is brilliant and for space and comfort it would be hard to fault, to have your own parking space is also a massive win.
