With contemporary décor and a high-standard finish, the ground floor is thoughtfully laid out for nights of relaxation. Sink into a plush velvet sofa with the Smart TV on in the lounge, prepare meals in the bright galley kitchen and sit around together in the dining area. Follow a spiral staircase up to the first first floor to discover a beautiful bathroom and a freestanding bath that’s a dream to sink into before heading to the bedroom to relax. From the main entrance just off the lounge there is another set of stairs where you will to find a king-size bedroom on the second first floor and a bright twin in the attic with lots of natural light. Similarly laid out over multiple levels is the suntrap garden which can be reached via the kitchen, a hidden gem of an area with a sundeck, patio and flower garden.
Reach all of Padstow’s amenities within half a mile of your doorstep, including the working harbour and the popular National Lobster Hatchery. Just a little further away is Padstow Beach (1 mile), a sheltered sandy cove where memories can be made on warm summer days. Hire a bike (or bring your own) to embark on a trip along the Camel Trail (0.5 miles), an 18-mile cycling route that highlights some of North Cornwall’s most delectable sceneries.
