If you’re searching for a classic Cornish getaway in a seaside town dotted with beaches, family-run restaurants and independent shops, Falmouth is for you. Here, you’ll also find the third deepest natural harbour in the world and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty on either side of it. The property itself is cosy with a laid-back atmosphere and hints of a coastal theme running throughout. Put your feet up in the hammock which can be found in the enclosed garden before dining alfresco in the evening sun.

Enter the hallway where you can kick off your shoes and wipe down muddy paws. Move into the bright and airy lounge/diner which contains a plump corner sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen is homely and well organised with a door that leads out to the raised patio area. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a double, a small double and a bunk bedroom. Outside is an enclosed garden with a BBQ, a hammock and outdoor furniture.

Located on the outskirts of Falmouth, you’ll benefit from having an array of shops and restaurants within 1 mile. The pristine Swanpool Beach is just 1.5 miles away and Swanvale Nature Reserve (1 mile) sits just behind it. If you’re up for an adventure, venture further afield to discover the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan, Flambards Adventure Park and the Eden Project (all within 13 miles). Or if you’ve brought your walking boots, head along the South West Coast Path (1 mile) where you’ll find hidden coves galore.

A well equipped, clean and comfortable property with lovely outdoor space. We really enjoyed the barbeque and garden.
