Spent 2 weeks at this cottage, great central location which made it easy to get to most areas of Cornwall. Owners were very discreet but available if needed. The accommodation was like being at home. Beds were comfortable, Lounge and kitchen well appointed. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay, we had our family of 4 plus grandparents so the downstairs bedrooms were great and lots of space to spread out. The good sized dining room was a favourite with all and we had lovely family meals and board games there. Owners were very responsive and helpful and we would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous spacious property - close by A30 and A38 so easy access to whole region. Really enjoyed our 2 week break. Plenty to do locally as well as a little further away. If you like walking and have a dog we can recommend Cardinham Woods - several walks which are very peaceful. Bodmin Moor is beautiful but be careful if dog is off lead - there are Read morehorses and Highland cattle wandering - great to see. Lanhydrock is great place inside and out. A beautiful, well equipped cottage ideal for a multi-generation stay. It is immaculately clean and the owners are on site if you need them, but do not intrude. We have stayed twice and will definitely stay again. It is perfect for exploring that area of Cornwall

Overall, we loved the property, plenty of room, well equipped, comfortable and really clean. Like others have said the noise from the road is the only downside but it didn't spoil our holiday. Would still recommend it.

A beautifully appointed and clean cottage. There were 8 of us, plus the dog, covering three generations. With 2 small grandchildren and my disabled parents to accommodate, I was concerned. It was perfect for all of us. I cannot recommend this place highly enough but want to keep it quiet so that we can go again!!
