A large, comfortable house well situated for lovely strolls along the canal into Bude, only 10 minutes away. There is a pretty little private garden for sitting out. A really well appointed, clean and attractive house. Well worth the money, situated in a great location. We would love to come again. In easy reach of many attractions and a lot of thought had been given to privacy and comfort. Very clean and well- kept.

Return visit staying at Berries House, and we loved it. It's such a great location for walking along the canal to the beach or the town, or a quicker route alongside the rugby club pitch. Beautiful, large house in a lovely location, close to everything. The back garden is not overlooked and safe for children and dogs. Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Off road parking. Lots of thoughtful additions to the house. Only thing to consider if anyone is elderly or disabled, is the first step up to the front door. It's quRead moreite steep. But to the left of the step it is easier, with the help of the wall to hold on to. The back gate is to the side of the front door. Hide

A lovely big, well equipped property in a great location to explore north east Cornwall, or west Devon. The walk in to Bude along the canal was really nice and we played Pooh Sticks each time going over the bridge! Lots of good places to eat and drink within 10 mins walk and 15 minutes to the beach which is beautiful.

Fabulous property, so glad we found it! Great location, lovely canal walk into town or the beach. Plenty of choice for supermarkets within very short drive. All three generations in our group felt so comfortable in the extremely clean, well equipped family home. Great little garden too, very safe for the 3yr old we had with us. Very quiet location Read moredespite it being in a built up area. Definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return very soon. Hide

Berries house is a fantastic place to stay. Very nice, light and spacious accommodation, in a quiet area, and really close to town. It's about half an hour's walk, or 5 minutes drive, to Crooklets Beach. And do try the Lightning bakery, round the corner; Rosie's at Crooklets and The Deck (for dinner) just above Summerleaze
