It's lovely property, quiet and peaceful. The owner is lovely. There are horses/donkeys/goats. Few places to walk dogs, all fields had locked gates and/or horses in. There's a wood walk but autumn isn't best time to walk dogs in woods due to illness risk, there's a field at the top of the steep hill. Pub doesn't do food. Chip shop closed for the weRead moreek! The road to the property is single track which we weren't aware of when booking. Very challenging at times! Sadly not for us. Hide

Beautiful, peaceful spot in the countryside, great location to easily get to all our favourite beaches. Sunset at Godrevy was stunning. Can't recommend this little gem enough!

Sycamore Barn was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our dog with us and it was good having an enclosed space so we knew he was safe. It was easy to contact the owners with any questions and they were very helpful. It was a very good location and central to explore the area. Camborne station was a walk away, although it took us a bit longerRead more than anticipated as were not very fast walkers, we caught the train to Penzance. We would definitely recommend this property Hide

A quiet location off a very narrow lane just outside Camborne it's convenient to the coast on both sides of the peninsula. There are three 'barns' (modern lodges) backing on to one another. This one is closest to the lane (well set back from it) and thus has a wider view of the trees and countryside than the others, and doesn't overlook the others.Read more Very nice. Hide

Small enclosed garden was great for our dog and would be for small children. Location is a little remote but that's how we like it. Loved the local pub/carvery. All in all a lovely week.

What a great find Sycamore is, location just right , near all the amenities but secluded enough to unwind in peace - cottage was perfect and had everything needed for a most enjoyable 2 weeks away - the hosts were rarely seen but respected our privacy when they did pass through the area { to their stables some 50m away } but were great to chat withRead more to learn a little more about the area etc. Highly recommended. Absolutely fabulous place, a real home from home with everything you need. Loved the little welcome hamper and flowers. The location is simply stunning with in a real tranquil setting. Lovely accommodation, well equipped with all you need for a holiday base. Great location within easy reach of A30 and surrounded by picturesque fields. Added bonus were the gorgeous donkeys in the adjacent field. The owners very helpful and friendly and on hand if any issues. Highly recommended and we would book again in the future.
