Perfectly located in Cornwall with access to the north and south coast, this cosy cottage is ideal for small families looking for a peaceful countryside retreat, with miles of tranquil farmland for relaxing walks. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of landscapes to explore, from nearby country lanes and footpaths, to the South West Coast Path with its breathtaking views. There are also some wonderful towns close at hand for those who love to be surrounded by welcoming Cornish bustle and culture.

After a day of exploring, head back to your traditional Cornish cottage, complete with original features such as exposed stone walls for a cosy atmosphere. Relax in the lounge/diner amongst comfortable furnishings, keeping warm by the wood burner, with a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen has a more contemporary style, with modern appliances for easy cooking, but country living influences with exposed wooden beams and Belfast sink. A utility room and second entrance keep muddy boots tidy after a countryside adventure. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with calming views, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a spacious and stylish bathroom. Enjoy dining alfresco in the sunny walled terrace, and let your canine companion roam on the lawn.

Those looking for a seaside escape have a wide selection of beaches to choose from nearby, such as the seaside beach of Gwithian, popular for beach sports and surfing, or the more rugged Godrevy Beach with its fascinating seal colony and lighthouse. The coastline is also home to the South West Coast Path for those who like challenging walks. For a wonderful day out, visit St Ives just 10 miles away for its quaint cobbled high street and excellent art scene. On the south coast, head to Marazion with its views out to St Michael’s Mount, or just a little further to the lively port town of Penzance.
