A home away from home, Happy Days is a cottage that lets you experience the best of both, as quaint Cornish villages and spectacular coastline are both only a short distance away. Imagine waking up in a serene, secluded place with no interruptions and deciding where to spend your day exploring, based on the flip of a coin.

Whatever time of year you choose to visit, this cottage will leave you only in good spirits. Sit in the conservatory soaking up the sun or let the pitter patter of rain help you drift off into a slumber. Put your feet up and get cosy by the fire in the evenings, savouring the comfort and tranquillity of your surroundings. Dogs are welcome and are sure to enjoy snooping around the enclosed garden.

Bude is an accessible and friendly coastal town where foodies, surfers and families will find everything they've been looking for and more. Try your hand at paddleboarding at Bude Tidal Pool, a safe bathing spot that's completely free to enter. If you'd rather stay out of the water, there are a plethora of local galleries and cafes to browse, or you can stretch your legs and take in the unbeatable views of the South West Coast Path. Holsworthy is only 10 miles away, a bustling traditional market town perfect for a souvenir and a bite to eat.

Nice little house but parking difficult. Good location, only 30 minute walk to Bude and good local pub.

Happy Days is a lovely property, with an enclosed secure garden, in a lovely locaton, could hear the wildlife and the church clock. Don't be fooled from the outside, it is like a tardise inside, plently of room. Although we did make a rule 1 person in the kitchen at time (not a bad rule really) All bedrooms were a good size with plently of wall socRead morekets, nice large bathroom with a shower and a bath. Lovely property & not far from the beach. Everything was catered for by the owner. Id highly recommend a stay here in beautiful Bude.

We had a great stay, everything required was in the cottage. The local pub was a bonus and only a few minutes away. Bude a short distance away. Whilst the bus service was a great way to get back up the hill. The dog loved it, will definitely come back.

This cottage is excellent, we had everything we needed and more. The whole house was a very high standard and well equipped. It was a great location being just 1.5 miles from Bude so out of the way of the hustle and bustle situated in a quite cul de sac.

Ideal location- can walk into bude or beaches. Secure garden for dogs. Lovely new bathroom this year. Warm and cosy in the cold weather.

A lovely cottage,good size, well equipped,great location. Really cosy in the winter. This is our 2nd stay here. Last time we stayed I only had 2 negative comments- the bathroom needs an upgrade and the neighbours parking their 2 large vehicles blocking us in. Unfortunately these are still the same..The neighbours now have a 3rd car and were parked Read morevery close to us, making it impossible to reverse out. The bathroom even more in need of upgrade. The owners have everything you need found that so helpful everything you need in the cottage . This is a beautiful cottage with plenty of space and in a great location. We had perfect weather during our stay so made use of the garden space in the morning and evening. Its quite the sun trap in the afternoon if you want to soak up some rays with a cold beverage. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of towels are provided too. It's still a nice cottage. Please keep it maintained. Again cater for 3 or 4 persons that would reduce things in the cupboards and help to put our things away. . Because of this you have no area to prepare food as workspace has your own things on surface. We are in a fortunate position where we eat out but occasionally we do eat in if the weather iRead mores good. We would definitely recommend the cottage but only for 3 persons comfortably Hide

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days and had everything we needed. Bude, itself was great for walks and we spent time on the lovely beaches. We were not too far away from other nice resorts.

Property in good location for able walkers. Excellent pub very close. Using kitchen area requires care to avoid head injury on encroaching stairway, other than that the property is very comfortable. Parking on road outside property is not possible and driveway is only suitable for one vehicle.
