If you're an extended family or larger group looking for a property with impressive accommodation to launch a cool Cornish beach break for 11 people, near to Newquay and Perranporth, this is the one. It's in a beautiful rural setting on a working farm close to the hamlet of Fiddlers Green, 4 miles inland from the North Cornish coast. You're also well placed for day trips to charming seaside villages and many other attractions.

 

Downstairs the feel is of space and light with white walls, natural wood floors and furnishings and comfy leather seating in the generous shared areas – there are two sitting rooms, with masses of sofa space and bold rugs to create colour accents. Upstairs in the bedrooms, bold colours in carpet and fabrics give each room a different tone. Kids will love the bunk room, and outside, they can run free in your private garden while the grown-ups socialise around the BBQ on the patio.

 

Just 7 miles from Newquay's famous Fistral Beach and 6 miles from Perranporth, you're well placed to choose the best beach for the day. For a different type of seaside visit, sheltered and bijou Caerhays Beach on the South Cornish coast is 20 miles away on fast roads and has a cafe by the beach. For clifftop walking with amazing views, the St Agnes Heritage Coast section of the South West Coast Path has routes starting at Trevellas Cove within 8 miles, passing ruined tin mines to recall Cornwall's amazing history.

Martin's Place is the perfect location for beaches, gardens and shops, it is very spacious and comfortable

Our family (8) have just returned from an amazing week staying at Martin's Place. A spacious, well equipped, clean and attractive facility. We were grateful to Martin for his quick response to fixing a dishwasher issue. If in the future we decide to undertake a holiday in the Newquay area, we would definitely stay here.

Cottage is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seats. The beds were also very comfortable. The bathrooms were all very good each with a heated towel rail. The dining table was more than adequate for our party. Outside theres plenty of parking space but could do with a fenced in area where young children could play safely.

Martin is very helpful. Called in to check all was OK for our stay. Property is really spacious, great location for Newquay and getting to locations and beaches like Perranporth and Crantock. Property is well equipped also

Very lovely house and comfy bed. The bunk beds arent big enough to sleep anyone over the age of 12 I would say
