This bright and airy cottage is one of five purpose-converted holiday homes in a complex on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula. Near the southernmost tip of the mainland UK, the region has arguably one of the best climates in the country and is rich with smuggling and maritime history. Complete with a shared heated pool, sunbathing area and 23 acres of farmland (including a working smallholding, park and picnic area) the estate is the ultimate base for an adventure in southern Cornwall.
The cottage interior has been stylishly decorated with white walls and fresh colours throughout. With an en-suite bathroom, breakfast bar and vaulted ceilings, space is used beautifully. The result is a light and comfortable home-from-home, whether you're popping in for a post-swim shower before heading out for dinner, or relaxing on the leather sofa planning your day over a morning coffee.
Mullion, the largest village on the Lizard, is just 3 miles south and home to local pubs, cafes, culture and conveniences, as well as access to the South West Coast Path and its stunning sea views. The location enables access to sites of natural and cultural beauty at the extremity of the South West, like the stunning views at Land's End, Lizard Point and the historic towns of Penzance and St Ives. Jumping on the A39 will give you access to Cornwall's most famous attractions, including The Eden Project and the castles at Pendennis and Tintagel.
