Costilloes is a comfortable two storey detached property with a spacious open-plan living room with an adjacent balcony affording lovely views spanning from Boobys Bay taking in Trevose Golf Course, Trevose headland and around Mothers Iveys Bay. The balcony is in excess of 220 sq ft, being ideal for entertaining. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and could not be more convenient for the Golf Club and the Constantine Bay Stores. Constantine Bay is a glorious wide sandy beach backed by sand dunes and bounded by a rocky promontory at both ends, making it ideal for family or surfing holidays. Costilloes is also next door but one from the surf shop, which will hire or sell you all the equipment you need to get you started. The Bay is only a mile or two from St. Merryn, a bustling village with pubs, restaurants, post office, shops and filling station and is only about four miles from the picturesque fishing port of Padstow with its quaint streets, restaurants and shops. The world renowned Eden Project is only about 20 miles away.
