This delightful, cosy, modern bungalow is located in the middle of St. Merryn Holiday Village which is ideally placed within two miles of a number of glorious sandy beaches - excellent for surfing.  There are a number of surf equipment hire shops locally. There is an Indian restaurant on site and the nearby Point Curlew and Maribou Park, both within easy walking distance, also offer alternative venues for a drink or a meal. The estate is ideally located for exploring beautiful North Cornwall and is only half an hour's drive from the Eden Project.  The picturesque town of Padstow having shops, restaurants and galleries is just three to four miles.  Bikes may be hired in Padstow to allow you to explore the Camel estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, by following the off-road route of the old railway line between Padstow and Bodmin.  However, even closer to home, the village of St Merryn has pubs, restaurants, takeaways and food stores so your every day needs are catered for within a mile or so.

From lounge are Lobby to Bathroom bath (Mira electric shower over), basin, w.c. Bed.1 double bed (4'6")  Bed.2 twin beds (3') Bed.3 single bed (3').  All bedrooms bedside tables, chest of drawers,  hanging rail GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for up to two cars is available on the grass at the back of the property but there is no problem parking in the road.  The remaining garden is of a good size, fully enclosed and laid mainly to lawn with shrub and hedge borders.  There is garden furniture.
