2012 Advance Booking Information
IN GENERAL BOOKINGS FOR 2012 CAN ONLY BE MADE FROM 9.00 A.M. ON 14TH OCTOBER, EXCEPT IF YOU ARE REBOOKING A PROPERTY YOU BOOKED IN 2011 FOR THE SAME WEEK

A. RE-BOOKING INFORMATION
If you booked with us this year you should have already received a 2012 brochure together with advice telling you to contact us immediately if you want to re-book the same property for the same week(s)*. You only have a short period where you get priority over everyone else (except the owner of the property). However, you must act immediately if you wish to take advantage of this offer so call us NOW to make a provisional booking. Then get your deposit and booking form to us by post or fax (we regret online booking is not possible for re-bookings) BY 10TH OCTOBER to be absolutely sure of the booking. WE ARE SORRY BUT NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CAN BE MADE.
If you are unable to re-book your week because the owner has booked your week, the property is no longer available or there is some other conflict, still contact us NOW and we will do our best to find you somewhere else before 14th October. Otherwise the best thing to do is put our website address into your 'favourites' so that you can keep a look out for any newly available properties or dates.
Please understand that to be equally fair to everyone we cannot make exceptions to these rules so if you want a different week number (or a different property) then, like everybody else, you will have to contact us after 9.00 a.m. on 14th October, as detailed in Clause B. below.
* Although in general we operate our priority re-booking system strictly by week number this does not apply to variable holidays such as Easter, Spring Bank Holiday, main school holidays, etc. We do try to help if we can. However, if there is a conflict our decision will have to be final.
If you booked in 2011 you should have received a brochure and tariff from us in the post. The week numbers are in the left hand column on the tariff. The week number you booked this year will have been on the paperwork we sent you but we can tell you that for 2012 the week numbers will be 2 days different from the 2011 week numbers.
B. NEW BOOKINGS - NOT COVERED BY RE-BOOKING PROCEDURE ABOVE
We can only accept bookings from 9.00 a.m. on 14th October. Please note that, because we want to be scrupulously fair to everybody, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule so please do not waste your own time trying to book before this. We stress that this also applies to answerphone messages, faxes, emails or web enquiry forms made or sent before 9.00 a.m. on 14th October - sorry these cannot be accepted either. Please note that, because we are a small company, emails and web enquiry forms sent from 9.00 a.m. on 14th October will only be dealt with by three people on 14th October and, although dealt with in order of arrival and as fast as possible, telephone requests may sometimes take precedence so, if you can, we recommend that you try to telephone as well.
