Perched on the hillside above Rocky Valley and Bossiney Haven and standing in a delightful sloping garden, this comfortable property commands some superb sea views from all the main rooms in the house. The coastline is only a mile away and the nearest beach (when the tide is out) is just a little further. The property is located within a few miles of Tintagel, with the mystical ruins of King Arthur's Castle, situated on the rugged cliff top of North Cornwall's dramatic coastline. Also within a couple of miles is Boscastle, an historic Cornish fishing village of immense charm and character. There are some excellent surfing beaches along this stretch of coastline, stunning coastal walks, good pubs nearby and a pretty little waterfall called St Nectan's Glen just a short walk away. If you are looking to accommodate a large party you may like to know that Boskenna which sleeps 10 is just a few yards away.

Atlanta is a lovely 4 bedroomed detached bungalow commanding superb sea views. The local cove at Bossiney is only a mile away and has its own beach when the tide is out.

The property has 4 double bedrooms and a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 10 people - 2 twin bedrooms and 2 with king size beds. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and one main bathroom.

It has recently been extended and refurbished and now has a fantastic living space with amazing views out to sea. The new kitchen is extremely well equipped and the comfortable dining and living area is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. There is a large decking area outside making the most of the views and it provides a marvellous space to dine 'al fresco' in the summer.  Secluded back garden looking out onto open fields.  A cot and highchair are provided.  Parking for up to 3 vehicles at the front of the property.
