A beautiful luxury apartment with panoramic views and only a mile from the sandy surfing beach and spectacular coastline at Mawgan Porth.  The apartment is situated above the club house to Merlin Golf and Country Club which has a beautiful hilltop heathland golf course designed for beginners and more experienced golfers wanting to enjoy a relaxed game in the fresh coastal air.  Free golf is included with your apartment from October to May inclusive and for June, July, August and September the first game is free and all subsequent games are half price. The more adventurous may enjoy the Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay (3 miles) for surfing, kite surfing or even wave skiing.  Gourmets are spoilt for choice with Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall at Watergate Bay, Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and a number of others at Padstow, and St. Merryn, as well as a discount at the Treglos Hotel restaurant at nearby Constantine Bay.  Also why not take advantage of the facilities at the Treglos Hotel including use of the heated indoor pool.  The night life of Newquay is 6 miles and the pretty fishing village of Padstow is only 8 miles in the other direction.  In addition to the comfortable lounge, bar areas and restaurant with exciting menus at Merlin there is a pub and restaurant in Mawgan Porth.  Newquay airport is only 4 miles away and you can book a hire car from the airport.  See page 27 for nos. 2 and 3.
