6 Meadow Court is in
a small, exclusive courtyard development of holiday homes, converted from
a complex of barns in 2002. It is situated down a quiet country lane but
is only a mile from the centre of Padstow and just a short drive from
several sandy beaches and the breathtaking North Cornwall coastline. The
quaint fishing port of Padstow provides an excellent range of pubs and
restaurants including, of course, Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant.
Padstow also has a number of local shops and a supermarket, catering for
all day to day needs. The north coast provides some of the most
spectacular and rugged coastal scenery in Cornwall as well as superb
bathing and surfing beaches. The Camel estuary and Camel Trail caters for
those interested in water sports, cycling and walking. To the west is
home to the renowned Trevose Golf Club overlooking Constantine Bay and
across the estuary is St Enodoc Golf Club in the waterside resort of Rock,
accessed by a regular passenger ferry. Newquay airport is only a short
distance away and proves regular flights to London Gatwick, Stansted and
other UK destinations.
