3 Riverside, built in 2007, is a spacious and well equipped, contemporary, mid-terraced Cornish cottage overlooking the tidal creek of the Saints Way as it opens into the Camel estuary at Padstow. With ample seating and living space for more, the owners have specifically designated and furnished the property to sleep 4 to give guests that increased feeling of space and relaxation. Whether you enjoy the surf, country walks or you just want a romantic break, 3 Riverside provides a delightful vantage for watching the wildlife, breakfasting in the morning sunshine, or raising a glass of something cool as you relax on the Cornish Palm edged deck overlooking the creek at the front of the property. A perfect location, in an area officially designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, combining the tranquility of riverside living with the glorious sandy beaches of the “Seven Bays” area (five miles) and the gourmet delights of Padstow (three miles). There are two local pubs just over a mile away and The Journeyman Restaurant is a 15 to 20 minute walk.  A lovely cottage for a relaxing break at any time of the year.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR: external steps up to front door into Hall tiled floor Bed.1 double bed (4'6") Bed.2 twin beds (3') Both bedrooms carpeted, solid American white oak furniture, chest of drawers, bedside units, built in wardrobe with rail, underbed storage units Bathroom tiled floor, basin, w.c., bath with thermostatic shower over.  Staircase from hall to  FIRST FLOOR:  Open plan reception area with oak floor and solid oak and ash furniture Lounge area two and three seater Wesley-Barrell settees, occasional tables, Sony flat screen digital t.v., Sky Freesat reception, Sony dvd, video and cd players, french doors with Juliette balcony, lovely view over the creek Kitchen/Dining area oak units with granite worktops and electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier – all built in, microwave, dining table, 6 chairs GARDEN & PARKING: Across the very quiet lane (a cul de sac) which leads to other properties are 2 parking spaces and decked area with teak table and chairs (cushions provided) and barbecue immediately next to and overlooking the creek. A (lockable) gate leads from the decked area down a few stone steps to the creek.
