You could hardly get closer to the beach - just walk through the garden to
Sandy Beach and you are on the dunes behind Mawgan Porth beach. The
apartment is in an ideal spot for a beach holiday or for exploring the
spectacular Cornish coastal path which crosses the beach. The apartment
is only a minute from a local shop, pub and café (in season). Mawgan
Porth is situated on the beautiful coastline between Newquay (8 miles) and
Padstow (6 miles). Both have a large selection of restaurants, pubs,
cafes and other facilities and attractions. Gourmets will also be
delighted to know that Jamie Oliver has opened a new Fifteen restaurant
just down the coast at Watergate Bay. For those who don’t want to drive
to Cornwall why not use nearby Newquay airport or take the train to
Newquay. There is a bus service from Newquay to Padstow, which stops at
the airport and car hire is available locally.

directly onto dunes and beach beyond. Off road parking for one car at the
front.
