Vista is a large house purpose-built in 1988 as two very spacious apartments
both being sound proofed and completely self-contained; the only parts shared are the driveway,
parts of the garden and one garage which can be used for storage of your surf
boards, bicycles, etc. and also contains barbeques, garden furniture, etc. Built
on the side of the hill overlooking the estuary both apartments, especially the
first floor apartment, have lovely views. Both furnished and equipped to a high
standard. Padstow harbour 10 mins walk. As well as beaches on the coast there is
another in the estuary; about 20 min walk along the coastal path out of the
town. Trevose Golf Course 4 miles. Newquay 13 miles.

locked for owners use and the other is used for storage of garden furniture,
barbeques. Could also use for your own bicycles, sailing gear, surf boards, etc.
The terrace is for the exclusive use of the ground floor apartment (as is,
obviously, the balcony for the first floor apartment) but the remainder of the
garden and grounds is for the shared use by both apartments. There is a patio
area at the front of the house with washing line and small lawn - a delightful
sun trap and at the rear of the house is a large lawn edged with mature shrubs.
